"Glee" and Its Principals

School's back in session at McKinley High as our favorite Thursday night extracurricular, "Glee", debuts its 5th season on FOX!
If you've read or seen the spoilers, it seems dear Principal Figgins has been replaced by none other than Sue Sylvester! Whether or not the swap is permanent, we shall soon find out, but for now, here's a delightful interview with Figgins' alter-ego, actor Iqbal Theba.
Little did either of us know that when I asked the warm and insightful Iqbal to address his thoughts on equality for the GLBTQ community at a past GLAAD event, we wouldn't have to wait too much longer for the Supreme Court to declare that legally married same-sex couples deserve equal rights. There's even a shout out to Dot-Marie Jones (Coach Beiste)! Hooray, Iqbal and Principal Figgins!
