While media is all about the now, the current, it's also a living, breathing history. As with anything, to understand where we are today, we must understand our past. I'd venture many of the younger generations only know of Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, and Lucille Ball based on the mass-produced iconography sold at souvenir shops, much less realizing their significance and contributions.

WaldenPonders' passion for showcasing classic cinema, television, and music is further fueled by wonderful institutions and outlets including

Given our media laden society, we would be remiss to neglect the stars whose lights are responsible for illuminating the paths of today's heralded art and artists. I believe it's vital to the future of the industry to cherish the stories and histories of the classics, both product and people, before opportunities fade.
